REFUNDS

At Zuhriyaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

EXCHANGES

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
